[INTRODUCTION]
"Sibille Industrie" is created in Montelimar in the south of France (France). This network of small companies owned and managed by Mr F. CROULLET , has a single target: supplying in all Europe and many other countries safety tools and equipment for the maintenance of electrical network.
1993-1998 Low Voltage
Starting of the “Energy” activity by taking over “SIBILLE TOOL” (Malataverne – France). This company is dedicated since 1967 in the manufacturing of insulated tools by dipping method. INJECTPLAST company, is created in the same area to add “plastic injection” in order to complete the range of insulated tools GUERIPEL company is taken over and complete the group for manufacturing of all kind of warning signs with silk screen method.
High Voltage
FAMECA company, join the group and complete the “Energy” activity by a complete range of safety equipment for high and very high voltage network: voltage detection, earthing, insulated sticks..
1999-2000
SEGURINSA company (Barcelona – Spain), former distributor for both , SIBILLE and FAMECA companies, is taken over. This provides a precious expertise for the spanish speaking countries.
SIBILLE POLSKA company (Cracow – Poland) is created for trading products and also for manufacturing.
JEGOU company (France), joins the group and brings its expertise in injection moulding both for SIBILLE and FAMECA products.
2003-2006 Europe Enlargement
PLM (Cologne, Germany), is created for trading SFE product on German influence countries.
CLYDESDALE (Bedford, UK): a special agreement with this company will provide SIBILLE group with a covering of Great Britain and Ireland Republic.
[ORGANIZATION]
SFE (SIBILLE FAMECA electric) gathers all commercial, trading and logistic for the electric branch of the group.
SIBILLE FAMECA electric is involved in the different IEC/CENELEC/UTE working group:
- IEC TC 78 international standard
- CENELEC CLC 78 European standard
- UTE TC 78 French National standard
